Possiede componenti altamente tecniche che vanno studiate attentamente in appositi corsi di vendita consulenziale e gestione delle trattative complesse.&lt;br /&gt;La vendita consulenziale è un approccio psicodinamico alle tecniche di vendita, centrato sul concetto di empatia strategica e di counseling d’acquisto. Si contrappongono sul fronte metodologico due importanti scuole di Vendita Consulenziale, i metodi nati negli USA, principalemnte [[NLP]] (Programmazione Neurolinguistica) e i metodi europei: ALM – [[Action Line Management]] e HPM – [[Human Potential Modeling]]) di [[Daniele Trevisani]], ricercatore e formatore italiano in psicologia strategica.&lt;br /&gt;Secondo la scuola umanistica, l’obiettivo di una vendita consulenziale è di attivare una relazione di aiuto verso i bisogni del cliente, facendo precedere alla vendita vera e propria una importante fase di analisi.&lt;br /&gt;La vendita consulenziale si basa ampiamente sul concetto manageriale delle [[Regie di Cambiamento]], centrata sulla volontà del venditore di essere protagonista (regista) di un intervento volto a cambiare e migliorare uno stato attuale del cliente o impresa-cliente.&lt;br /&gt;La vendita consulenziale si inquadra all’interno delle trattative complesse (complex sales) ed ha sempre una forte componente di [[negoziazione interculturale]], in quanto prevede l’incontro tra linguaggi diversi, lo sforzo di adattamento ai linguaggi del cliente e la comprensione della cultura del cliente, analisi di sistemi che hanno componenti e obiettivi di partenza diversificati.&lt;br /&gt;Nella vendita consulenziale, diventano significative diverse competenze:&lt;br /&gt;- conoscenze di [[Consulenza di Processo]]&lt;br /&gt;- conoscenze di negoziazione interculturale e comunicazione interculturale&lt;br /&gt;- capacità di [[ascolto empatico]]&lt;br /&gt;- capacità di progettazione di soluzioni&lt;br /&gt;- capacità di esaminare e far emergere [[dissonanze]]&lt;br /&gt;- capacità di concludere le trattative e fidelizzare verso futuri steps&lt;br /&gt;- capacità di sintonizzazione emozionale ed esperienziale.&lt;br /&gt;Il tratto comune alle diverse scuole di vendita consulenziale, al di la delle differenze, è la visione della centralità della relazioine: la vendita consulenziale, al contrario della comunicazione pubblicitaria, è un lavoro estremamente relazionale e basato sul rapporto interpersonale, sulle capacità di sviluppo di relazioni, rapporti umani e ingresso in network relazionali virtuosi.&lt;br /&gt;Nella vendita consulenziale intervengono inoltre capacità pre-relazionali e post-relazionali: le abilità di mappatura dei sistemi decisionali (decision matrix analysis, che permettono in sequito l’avvicinamento ai decisori chiave delle organizzazioni (Key Leader Engagement).&lt;br /&gt;I metodi utilizzati nella vendita consulenziale sono diversi e si fondano su due diverse scuole di pensiero: Statunitense (persuasoria) ed Europea (umanistica).&lt;br /&gt;Le principali metodologie utilizzate nel campo della formazione alla vendita consulenziale sono:&lt;br /&gt;[[NLP]] – [[Neurolinguistic Programming]]. Primario metodo utilizzato di ispirazione statunitense, orientato ad un approccio persuasorio, proveniente dagli studi di Bandler e Grinder, centrato sulla alterazione e manipolazione delle credenze.&lt;br /&gt;[[ALM]] – [[Action Line Management]]. COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); TEXT-DECORATION: none" href="http://www.studiotrevisani.it/"&gt;Studio Trevisani&lt;/a&gt; Human Potential &amp;amp; Communication Research&lt;br /&gt;Ralph Waldo Emerson: Il segreto della forza sta nella concentrazione.&lt;br /&gt;Una frase a volte sintetizza tutto.&lt;br /&gt;La concentrazione mentale diventa potere poichè permette di focalizzare le energie verso un obiettivo “pulito”.&lt;br /&gt;La vita quotidiana, invece, fa di tutto per dirigere la nostra attenzione verso obiettivi “offuscati” e a volte persino dannosi.&lt;br /&gt;Io chiamo questo fenomeno “deriva psicologica”, andare alla deriva, perdersi di vista, perdere di vista gli scopi, perdere di vista il senso delle cose, dove niente ci appassiona più, niente ci attrae davvero, si finisce di vivere in un limbo esistenziale sbattuti tra un carrello di ipermercato, un programma televisivo deficiente, il lavoro come obbligo invece che come forma di espressione, nutriti di informazioni false, deformate, o che non ci servono assolutamente.&lt;br /&gt;Se lo sappiamo, però, possiamo attivare i nostri meccanismi di difesa (nell’Esercito si parla di shieldingpsicologico e shielding informativo, o strategie di inoculazione contro i messaggi persuasivi del nemico).&lt;br /&gt;Il dramma di molti ragazzi, ma anche di molti adulti e dei manager di oggi, è di non avere più niente su cui concentrarsi.&lt;br /&gt;L’attenzione viene così distorta al punto che per la persona diventa importante sapere e conoscere il massimo sulle più grandi idiozie e niente su se stessi.&lt;br /&gt;Molti nella nostra misera popolazione italiana di questi anni, così culturalmente soggiogata, saprebbero rispondere a decine e centinaia di domande di gossip, sanno qual’è l’ultimo flirt di George Clooney, sanno come sta Madonna, sanno tutto sulle trame di serial televisivi, non perdono una puntata dei Simpson, e sono pieni di altre informazioni che inquinano la mente, “memi” (tracce mentali) inquinanti di questo tipo.&lt;br /&gt;L’inquinamento mentale impedisce di concentrarsi su ciò che conta. Impedisce di esercitare il potere della concentrazione su ciò che serve per vivere e fare onore al dono di essere vivi anzichè sprecare questo dono.&lt;br /&gt; Alcuni esempi di temi utili su cui concentrarsi:&lt;br /&gt;- nel lavoro che svolgo posso esprimermi? se no, posso provare a stendere un piano di ricerca di alternative?&lt;br /&gt;- la mia vita è ferma? che alternative posso tentare?&lt;br /&gt; - da quanto tempo non mi sento davvero come vorrei, e perchè?&lt;br /&gt;- quali sono le fonti di informazione meno corrotte, dove trovarle in rete, su internet, invece di digerire le minestre informative precotte?&lt;br /&gt;- come sto fisicamente, ho fatto esami del sangue recentemente? e al di la degli esami, che segnali mi da il mio corpo? li ascolto?&lt;br /&gt;- faccio sport? lo faccio con continuità? se no perchè? ci sono strade che posso prendere con più forza di volontà?&lt;br /&gt;- leggo libri che mi diano stimoli culturali, conoscenze nuove, conoscenze del corpo, della mente, della psicologia, delle scienze, o qualsiasi altro settore che mi faccia crescere personalmente?&lt;br /&gt;- se non leggo, perchè non inizio?&lt;br /&gt;- quante bugie mi auto-racconto?&lt;br /&gt;Le domande possono essere tantissime. Alla fine, raggiungiamo sempre una sola conclusione: il segreto delle persone che hanno raggiunto i loro obiettivi da soli, senza protezione e aiuto esterno, sta&lt;br /&gt;1 – nella concentrazione mentale su obiettivi positivi&lt;br /&gt;2 – rimanere  “puliti” da rumori di fondo psicologici che distraggono la mente&lt;br /&gt;3 – un lavoro attivo di pulizia mentale forte dai falsi obiettivi&lt;br /&gt;4 – saper riconoscere ed eliminare le perdite di tempo in attività inutili e dannose (tv commerciale, letture stupide, etc) e recupero del piacere del tempo speso in relazioni, in attività che generano piacere relazionale o finalizzate agli scopi personali&lt;br /&gt;Il segreto della forza sta nella concentrazione.&lt;br /&gt;- Quanti manager deconcentrati vedi nelle aziende? E che effetto produce tutto questo?&lt;br /&gt; - Quante persone che conosci puoi definire “psicologicamente concentrate”?&lt;br /&gt;- Quante persone che conosci puoi definire “libere da inquinamento mentale”?&lt;br /&gt;Non mi considero un campione o modello, ma semplicemente uno che ha iniziato a porsi delle domande…&lt;br /&gt;Sono solo domande.
